By signing a rental agreement through Qavita, the rent you see is that´s what you pay directly to the landlord but deposits are handled securely by us. No hidden fees
The service is free for you as a tenant. No additional fees are charged.
Start by creating a free ad “Looking for rental property” with your wishes on Plavito, if you haven’t already done so. In your ad you will have the opportunity to write a bio, tell about your employment, and what previous housing references you have. Fill out your profile information fully, in order to maximize your chances with landlords.
Contact landlords
Contacting a landlord is easy; simply click “Contact” in the ad and send a message. Contacting a landlord does not commit you to anything.
You will receive a digital rental agreement to sign when we have found a suitable home. You have 72 hours to sign, and when the agreement is signed. Your rent will not be paid to the Landlord until you have moved in and confirmed that everything is in order.
Payment
As standard practice, you need to pay a deposit when renting through us.
You will need to pay a deposit equal to one month’s rent before gaining access to the property. We securely store the deposit in a separate escrow account, during the whole rental, to prevent fraud. You handle all rental payments yourself, ensuring your first rent is not paid to the landlord until you have moved in and confirmed everything is in order.
