You choose monthly rent

Qavita tailors the lease

We will tailor a  lease to your needs. Personal agent service includes an “exclusive leasing and/or managing authority”. Personal agent service is free to you as a landlord.

Rent and deposit

You receive  two month’s rent as security deposit by default, which the tenant will pay to you before moving in. You will receive your rent in cash on the 25th every month.

Qavita is with you

As the rental period comes to an end, we will contact you to make sure everything is alright. The security deposit, will be returned once the tenant is moved out and you have inspected your home.

During the tenancy

The Qavita- guarantee guarantees the payment of the rent during the first year of the tenancy. ​We are at your service during the entire duration of the tenancy, also after the guarantee period.
