Write to landlords on the online market place, for example, Blocket, Kijiji, Markplaats, etc and agree on all the details. Once you’ve decided, tell the landlord you want to rent through Plavito home. Click on the “Sign the lease now” button in the Plavito home. The letting agent then holds a safe viewing and secure contract writing. The service is free for you as a tenant.

You do not have to pay a deposit when you rent through us. In some cases a deposit may still be required and in those cases we keep it in a secure account throughout the rental period so that you can not be deceived.
