Your personal property manager selects homes according to your wishes. The rental agent contacts landlords, introduces you as a possible tenant, coordinates and books viewings. Personal agent serviceincludes an “exclusive leasing and/or managing authority”.The agent will typically also be available to show you home in person.
Start by booking Qavita VIP Services and create an ad “Looking for rental property” with your wishes on Plavito, if you haven’t already done so. In your ad you will have the opportunity to write a bio, tell about your employment, and what previous housing references you have. Fill out your profile information fully, in order to maximize your chances with landlords. Once you have completed your profile, the responsible agent will contact you with home proposals – expect a response within 3-5 days (working days).
You will receive a digital rental agreement to sign when we have found a suitable home. You have 72 hours to sign, and when the agreement is signed. Your rent will not be paid to the Landlord until you have moved in and confirmed that everything is in order.
You pay the rent directly to the landlord.
Payment
As standard practice, you need to pay a deposit when renting through us.
You will need to pay a deposit equal to one month’s rent before gaining access to the property. We securely store the deposit in a separate escrow account, during the whole rental, to prevent fraud. You handle all rental payments yourself, ensuring your first rent is not paid to the landlord until you have moved in and confirmed everything is in order.
What does VIP service for tenants cost ?
You pay a brokerage commission 2% percent of the rent per month, up to a maximum of 12 months only when you have been brokered a home. For rentals longer than one year with the same landlord, no fee is paid.
