Once you have completed your profile, the responsible agent will contact you with home proposals – expect a response within 3-5 days (working days).

In some cases a deposit may still be required and in those cases we keep it in a secure account throughout the rental period so that you can not be deceived. What does VIP service for tenants cost ?
You pay a brokerage commission 2% percent of the rent per month, up to a maximum of 12 months only when you have been brokered a home. For rentals longer than one year with the same landlord, no fee is paid.
