Personal agent service includes i.a. a safe and secure contract writing. In other words, the rental agent will assist with the writing of the contract and assist both tenant and landlord with other useful information.
The agent will typically also be available to show your home in person.

You choose monthly rent
Qavita is here to help you and you are calling the shots! You choose whether to lease to companies or individuals, when you want to lease and who gets to move in.

Qavita tailors the lease
We will tailor a lease to your needs. Personal brokerage service includes an “exclusive leasing and/or managing authority”. Personal brokerage service is free to you as a landlord.
Rent and deposit
You receive two month’s rent as security deposit by default, which the tenant will pay to you before moving in. You will receive your rent in cash on the 25th every month.
Qavita is with you
As the rental period comes to an end, we will contact you to make sure everything is alright. The security deposit, will be returned once the tenant is moved out and you have inspected your home.
During the tenancy
The Qavita- guarantee guarantees the payment of the rent during the first year of the tenancy. We are at your service during the entire duration of the tenancy, also after the guarantee period.
